Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in developing statements to be used in their case Advise regarding evidence to be gathered Write portions of legal briefs Conduct research into country conditions information Work with attorneys in framing and preparing the case Serve as a point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys in engaging clients throughout the representation Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies Perform administrative tasks
