Experience as a paralegal in an immigration law firm is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in developing statements for their cases. Advise on evidence gathering. Write portions of legal briefs. Conduct research into country conditions. Serve as a point of contact with clients. Manage cases to ensure deadlines are met. Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies. Perform administrative tasks.
