Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in paid media advertising within an agency environment.
- Multi-channel experience preferred (search, social, programmatic).
- Direct experience working within the ISP vertical.
- 3+ years of experience in a management role.
- Proven track record in developing, analyzing and storytelling on full-funnel campaigns.
- Strong background in running cross-channel client engagements in an account leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in working closely with client’s additional agency partners.
- Experience working with analytics teams on granular program tracking and performance dashboard creation.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leveraging AI to automate and improve workflows.
- Effective time management and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing solutions across a large Internet Service Provider.
- Lead and mentor a pod of strategists.
- Shape audience insights and develop media mixes.
- Ensure creative strategy and full funnel measurement strategies are optimal.
- Partner directly with senior clients to solve complex business challenges.
- Balance executive-level client engagement with hands-on team leadership.
- Collaborate across departments to scale best practices.
- Elevate strategic thinking and build strong client relationships.
- Drive strategic ideation and innovation.
- Spearhead collaboration of internal channel leaders on thought leadership.
- Partner with VP on strategic new business initiatives.
- Assist in forecasting department hours and budget.
- Empower direct reports through coaching and development.
