Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years leading a product area or team
- Extensive experience in e-commerce, working with brands, tools that increase and drive revenue/retention/upselling is mandatory
- Adtech a plus
- Proven success building and scaling consumer products or marketplaces with millions of users
- Strong ability to translate business and user insights into actionable product strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of user research, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with agile product development and working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Passion for great design and user experience
- Familiarity with growth loops, engagement funnels, and retention strategies (Nice to Have)
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams (Nice to Have)
- Experience mentoring and developing product managers (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of Checkmate’s platform.
- Drive end-to-end product development — from ideation and prioritization to launch, iteration, and growth.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to align on goals and deliver results.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, measure success, and inform decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams with clear communication, structure, and accountability.
- Advocate for users at every step of the process while balancing company priorities.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, and iterate based on performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid learning.
