Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher 6+ months of experience in a gaming support role Strong knowledge and passion for role-playing games (RPGs), mobile games, and streaming platforms Experience providing support via chats and emails in English CRM systems expertise Strong analytical thinking and research skills Positive, proactive and responsible attitude Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
