Requirements
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher
- 6+ months of experience in a gaming support role
- Strong knowledge and passion for role-playing games (RPGs), mobile games, and streaming platforms
- Experience providing support via chats and emails in English
- CRM systems expertise
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
