IT Enterprise Applications Architect - Salesforce - Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

Strong technical-facing written/verbal communication skills. Experience documenting, driving standardization, and optimizing business processes (sales and finance emphasis). Expert understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ). Expert understanding of NetSuite or similar ERP platform (accounting, order management, procurement). Experience with cloud-based and modern user interface (UI) tools and technologies. Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. Knowledge of designing solutions in a secure, growth-oriented environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience working with sales and financial platforms. 5+ years working with middleware applications. 5+ years working with BI/Analytics platforms. Certifications and/or experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, or Domo.

Maintain working knowledge of sales, service, and financial business processes. Gather, analyze, and articulate business and technology capabilities & requirements. Identify correlated requests for streamlined efforts. Provide guidance to delivery teams and business units. Develop, maintain, and adhere to IT best practices. Maintain technical architecture diagrams. Manage workload and communicate progress to management and stakeholders. Support the creation of strategic roadmaps. Define architectural standards. Establish relationships with key delivery team SMEs.
