Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, booking, and documentation. Organize emails, messages, and tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups. Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and recap reports. Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones across multiple businesses. Follow up with internal teams and external partners on outstanding items. Serve as a communication filter and liaison for the President. Maintain organized digital files, documentation, and records. Create and improve workflows to prevent recurring mistakes. Support vendor coordination, signatures, approvals, and policy documentation. Assist with local and personal tasks as needed, maintaining discretion.
