Technical Writer

Strong technical communication skills Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences Background in government grants management IT and/or large-scale federal projects preferred Demonstrated ability to manage integration and coordination across multiple platforms/systems Experience with documentation tools including markdown, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence Experience with other Agile & Open Source project tools

Generate and manage technical documentation for developer experience/Open source public site Support Open Source community engagement and build out resources for the developer experience Collaborate with engineers and designers to extract information for documentation Create or contribute to style guides, governance flows, and other documentation guidelines Establish info architecture for technical documentation within GitHub, GitBook & Confluence Proactively escalate issues and facilitate decision-making conversations Adapt to rapidly evolving, ambiguous situations Strive to exceed client expectations and foster a reputation for collaboration
