Produce weekly lead generation and referral performance reports. Drive outbound and referral campaign performance. Refine outreach cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality based on metrics. Collaborate with Intake and HR Recruitment teams. Maintain communication flow through WhatsApp and update calendars. Identify declines in lead quality or performance and provide corrective strategies.
