Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategy Build and manage outreach campaigns targeting prospects and referral partners Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and manage prospect and referral lists Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability Nurture leads through structured follow-up cycles Schedule pre-assessment appointments Conduct pre-assessment calls when required Accurately update CRM stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs Notify relevant parties of lead status changes Produce weekly lead generation and referral performance reports Drive outbound and referral campaign performance Refine outreach cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality Collaborate with intake and recruitment supervisors Maintain communication through WhatsApp Identify declines in lead quality, referral engagement, or outreach performance and provide corrective strategies
