Requirements:
3+ years experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred). Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and outbound/referral campaign strategies. Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. High organizational discipline and strong follow-through. Demonstrated judgement, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage. Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent processor. Minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 processor performance, functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategy to produce qualified prospects. Build and manage outreach campaigns for prospects and referral partners. Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and manage prospect lists. Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) using approved messaging. Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability. Nurture leads through structured follow-up cycles. Schedule pre-assessment appointments and confirm details with clients. Conduct pre-assessment calls when required. Accurately update CRM stages, notes, tasks, and communication logs. Notify relevant parties about lead status changes. Produce weekly lead generation and referral performance reports. Drive outbound and referral campaign performance. Refine outreach cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality based on metrics. Collaborate with Intake and HR Recruitment teams. Maintain communication flow through WhatsApp and update calendars. Identify declines in lead quality or performance and provide corrective strategies.
