Senior Software Engineer - C++ - Exchange (Remote from Washington)

5+ years of experience with modern C++ development. Strong proficiency in Linux environments. Experience with distributed or highly concurrent systems. Familiarity with Python, Rust, and SQL is highly preferred. Knowledge of trading systems, order types, and financial products is desirable. Experience in profiling and optimizing code for CPU, memory, and network performance. BS in a technical or quantitative field. Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.

Develop and maintain core software components for the trading engine and related services. Design and implement solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability. Mitigate risks and enhance security for systems and data. Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code for high-volume, low-latency applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve roadmap objectives and deliver high-quality products. Communicate effectively within a globally distributed team.
