Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing (campaigns, automations, segmentation, optimization). A minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing (driving predictable revenue, CLV, lifecycle improvements). A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Klaviyo (building campaigns, flows, segmentation, optimization). Fluent in English with persuasive communication and presentation skills. Strong data analysis skills, familiar with Google Sheets. Critical thinking ability with structured problem-solving skills. Passion for e-commerce and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly.
Responsibilities:
Oversee profitable growth of retention channels (email, SMS, direct mail, popups, push notifications). Write briefs for the team and ensure execution. Complete accurate reports by checking multiple data points. Analyze metrics and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations. Collaborate with design and content teams for compelling email content. Ensure timely delivery of emails, SMS, etc. Consult clients and solve business problems beyond email platforms. Prioritize building relational equity with team and clients.
