At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing (campaigns, automations, segmentation, optimization). A minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing (driving predictable revenue, CLV, lifecycle improvements). A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Klaviyo (building campaigns, flows, segmentation, optimization). Fluent in English with persuasive communication and presentation skills. Strong data analysis skills, familiar with Google Sheets. Critical thinking ability with structured problem-solving skills. Passion for e-commerce and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly.
