Ph.D. or Ed.D. with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years; or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience in attendance- and engagement-related topics. Knowledge of evidence-based practices for improving student attendance and reducing chronic absenteeism and educator professional development. Experience providing direct training, coaching, or technical assistance to educators or administrators on attendance-focused initiatives. Experience collaborating with education service providers, curriculum developers, researchers, or professional associations.
