Familiarity with CSP IAM and Kubernetes RBAC Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform/Crossplane/Helm Experience operating and managing workloads on Kubernetes Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM) Experience with distributed systems Experience operating code Experience working in a remote-first company Experience working with open source or community-based projects (Bonus) Experience with a few CSPs (AWS, GCP, Azure) (Bonus) Familiarity with threat modeling, secure architecture reviews, and security tabletop exercises (Bonus) Experience with Okta administration (Bonus)

Owns automation and decision making around underlying CSP and compute security features Handles cloud service provider IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, secret management, and workload security Writes and ships code to simplify secure decision making for engineers Provides pre-configured, secure templates and embeds security best practices into development tools Conducts security reviews and advisory for other engineers
