Ensure operational continuity and performance of the MarTech stack (Iterable, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, supporting integrations, Litmus, and more). Monitor platform health, journey execution, error rates, and data synchronization issues across channels (Email, Push, In-App, WhatsApp). Administer users, roles, permissions, and configuration settings across tools. Enable CRM Managers, Campaign Managers, and Data Delivery teams through training, documentation, and hands-on onboarding. Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and solution guidance on segmentation, templates, content automation, journeys, and campaign execution. Support data flow configuration and maintenance across CRM systems, AWS/Databricks pipelines, audience sync tools, and CMS integrations. Contribute to automation initiatives enabling highly personalized, real-time, multi-channel communication journeys for B2C and B2B audiences. Assist in monitoring and improving data synchronization reliability across systems. Maintain and evolve template libraries, modular email components, and reusable assets. Diagnose and resolve issues related to journey failures, template rendering, deliverability, and API-driven components.
