Requirements:
Proven experience as a media buyer or performance marketer in the sweepstakes or lead generation space. Strong understanding of paid traffic sources and campaign optimization techniques. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.). Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and postback URLs. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with Shopify. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Creation, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, native networks, and programmatic DSPs. Configuration of tracking systems such as Keitaro and Voluum. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPL, and ROAS. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages tailored to sweepstakes audiences. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies within the sweepstakes niche. Maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks, traffic sources, and media vendors. Ensure compliance with platform policies and legal regulations related to sweepstakes advertising.
