A+ and/or Network+ Certifications are required MD-102 preferred Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 Knowledge of Sonic firewalls, Datto networking and networking concepts Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Office 365 cloud services Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus
Responsibilities:
Addressing and resolving escalated tickets from Helpdesk Technician I and providing guidance to junior staff. Performing detailed troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems, addressing hardware and software issues. Assisting with the implementation of new desktops, laptops, and other hardware for users. Collaborating with the team to optimize our support processes and enhance client satisfaction. Maintaining accurate documentation for all support interactions and solutions provided.
