QA Automation Analyst

3+ years of manual testing experience for web applications. Experience designing and writing automated tests using JavaScript and frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium. Hands-on experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira/Xray). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in accessibility testing. Strong communication skills to clearly present QA findings. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly driven mindset. Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Own the quality lifecycle and ensure releases meet high standards. Validate web and mobile experiences for content, functionality, and rendering. Perform manual functional, integration, accessibility, and end-to-end testing. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and JavaScript. Analyze test results to identify risks and areas for process improvement. Document defects clearly using tools like Jira or Xray. Collaborate with developers to understand system functionality and testing impact. Communicate test progress, risks, and results to stakeholders. Refine and optimize automated tests for performance and reliability. Stay current with evolving QA tools, technologies, and best practices.
