Industrial Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Operations Management, Supply Chain Management/Lean Process Improvement Management). 3+ years of experience in distribution or logistics operations, preferably e-commerce/fulfillment and 3PL. 3+ years of data analytics experience. Prior experience with automation and solution design (AMR, Robotics, Conveyors). Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint. Prior experience with AutoCAD for fulfillment centers/warehouses. Proficient in developing process flows, fishbone diagrams, and conducting why-why analysis. Attention to details and analytical thinking. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize projects. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with multiple customers and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, ownership mindset and integrity. Thrives in a “hands-on” role actively engaged in operations management. 50% travel with increased travel during Peak season. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Prepare detailed analytical reports on KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Identify and improve linkages between data points, transforming data into actionable information. Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization based on customer feedback and observations. Work with internal teams to implement recommendations. Work on post-sales solutions design for operation layout and tote design. Collaborate with the sales team to understand initial requirements. Identify optimal layout solutions with customers. Develop or enhance tools and methodology for optimization. Provide feedback to engineering on new product features or enhancements. Interact with various customers including 3PLs, retail, e-commerce, automotive, and life science. Communicate and present to different customer stakeholders.
