Reporting Analyst (EDI - Reporting + Ticketing)

Two or more years of experience in operations support, order management, reporting, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently Comfortable working across multiple systems and following checklists Excellent written English for clear task documentation Familiarity with task tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana EDI experience is a plus Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus

Run daily monitoring reports and checks for EDI, order, ASN, and invoice exceptions or failures Review exceptions in NetSuite, Orderful (EDI), and customer portals Create ClickUp tasks with clear, detailed information Assign tasks to the correct list or assignee and escalate urgent issues Maintain accurate and organized tracking of issues
