2-3 years in operations or quality assurance Expertise in digital media advertising Exceptional attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Understanding of Postback URL tracking and performance marketing tracking Experience with Tune & Yieldspark or similar tracking tools Experience with Asana or other project management tools Experience with Looker or similar BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) Proven abilities to analyze performance reports Proven problem solving abilities Proactive in searching for opportunities Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluent in English, both written and verbal Ability to work East Coast hours consistently

Support quality assurance for financebuzz.com and allaboutcookies.org Maintain process for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs Reconcile reporting between internal and external platforms Conduct investigations for offer discrepancies or malfunctions and find resolutions Review platform documentation and internal product setup for improvements Collaborate with Operations team to ensure QA standards Communicate process improvements to internal stakeholders Analyze ad hoc performance reports to improve efficiency Monitor revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks for proper reporting Monitor offer goals to ensure proper firing Ensure QA implementation with new processes Become a subject matter expert for QA related processes
