3-5+ years of client-facing RevOps, Marketing Ops, or program management experience. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience owning client relationships and executing complex projects. Proficiency in Asana, Harvest, CRM/MAP platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot). Ability to learn rapidly and dive into new tools, platforms, and architectures. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and clients. Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with ownership mentality. Managed teams for a minimum of 2-3 years. Working in the Operations space for at least 5 years.
