5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proven track record of building complex, high-quality frontend applications. Deep experience in React and its ecosystem (e.g., Hooks, State Management). Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and advanced frontend JavaScript patterns. Strong portfolio or demonstrated ability to translate complex Figma designs into high-quality user interfaces. Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts and design trade-offs. Proven ability to lead complex technical projects independently. Experience mentoring other engineers and a demonstrated ability to persuade on difficult technical matters.

Translate Figma-based designs and prototypes into web applications. Own and solve complex UI/UX problems independently. Own production operation and monitoring of applications, focusing on performance and errors. Lead key frontend projects through the full development lifecycle. Challenge existing processes and identify improvements in the technical stack and development lifecycle. Contribute to building and evolving the Design System. Mentor other engineers and encourage participation in technical discussions. Persuade peers and stakeholders on technical matters.
