Requirements:
5+ years experience at a very early stage, high growth startup Previous founder, founding engineer, or very early employee experience AI-native: building with Claude Code/Cursor/Codex etc daily Exceptional communicator (critical for remote role) Product-minded: comfortable talking to customers and understanding requirements Curious about voice AI, telephony, and AI agents Proficient in Python (FastAPI) Proficient in TypeScript & React (Next.js) Experience with PostgreSQL Experience with AWS for infrastructure Experience with various AI models and tooling (OpenAI, LangGraph, Google VertexAI)
