UX/UI Designers (Remote, Contract)

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio. Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design systems. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Squarespace. Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision). Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly organized — able to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and project demands. Experience in agency or fast-paced project environments is an asset. A collaborative spirit, curiosity, and passion for human-centered design.

Interpret client needs, business goals, and user insights to shape digital experiences. Collaborate with project teams to define personas, journey maps, and experience flows. Design wireframes, interactive components, and full pages for various digital platforms. Present concepts and solutions to clients, articulating design decisions. Work across various tools, platforms, and tech stacks. Integrate content, media assets, and technical requirements into user-centered designs. Partner with client technical teams and developers for alignment. Propose design and usability solutions to improve flow, clarity, and satisfaction. Conduct competitive and UX heuristic assessments. Support digital advertising, social, and content teams with tracking and measurement. Drive SEO considerations. Conduct usability testing and refine designs. Develop eLearning experiences using authoring tools. Ensure digital deliverables meet AODA and WCAG accessibility standards.
