Marketing Senior Frontend Engineer

5+ years of professional frontend development experience. At least 2+ years working with Vue.js or similar component-based frameworks (React, Svelte). Proven experience with static site generators (Astro, Nuxt, Next, etc.). Proven experience with self-hosted headless CMS integrations (Payload CMS or similar). Expert-level understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility. Deep experience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development. Solid understanding of component-driven design and maintainable architecture. Experience working asynchronously in fully remote teams. A history of multi-year tenure in recent roles.

Own and evolve the frontend architecture of the Astro + Vue 3 website. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX concepts into maintainable, accessible, and responsive code. Extend and refine integrations with Payload CMS and other self-hosted headless CMS platforms. Implement performant, SEO-friendly static rendering strategies using Astro’s hybrid rendering model. Continuously improve site performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, caching strategies). Support and maintain self-hosted WordPress resources. Coordinate updates and integrations between WordPress and static site infrastructure. Document and maintain developer and content-editor workflows. Introduce and maintain automated frontend testing and CI/CD improvements. Stay up to date with frontend best practices, accessibility, and emerging frameworks.
