5+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI consulting roles Proven experience deploying ML/LLM models into production environments Strong Python skills for data analysis, ML pipelines, and LLM integration Proficiency in SQL for managing and analyzing large datasets Experience with LLM frameworks such as OpenAI or Hugging Face Solid understanding of data modeling, exploratory data analysis, and statistical testing Ability to validate and monitor model performance post-deployment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent project management skills Exceptional communication skills

Design, productionize, and validate machine learning and LLM-based solutions Shape AI infrastructure for scalability and maintainability Gather, assess, and prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders Identify fragmented data sources and define optimal structures Provide strategic insights linking technical solutions to business objectives Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure delivery of AI solutions Own the full lifecycle of ML/LLM solutions, including deployment and monitoring
