Requirements:
Proven track record in OSINT-driven investigations. Proficient Russian language skills. Profiling and Investigations into RUS Mil and SOF Units and personnel. Experience of SHDW DRGN, Open Measures, OSINT Kit and other tools. Experience in carrying out media monitoring projects with sizeable datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical terminology for lay audiences. Ability to support clear, concise and timely reporting. Must be able to speak and write English. Must understand and read Russian.
Responsibilities:
Lead monitoring of accounts and media outlets. Apply OSINT investigation and analytical techniques. Collate, verify and analyze data on foreign information manipulation. Contribute to project-wide reports. Engage in communication with external stakeholders. Contribute to internal reviews of effectiveness.
