Experience using ClickUp or another project management tool (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Notion). Comfortable learning new software and supporting others in using digital tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear communication skills and the ability to explain simple processes. Fluent in English and Spanish (only English will be accepted, but bilingual is preferred). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow structured guidelines. Experience in administrative support, operations, coordination, or similar roles is a plus but not required. Strong experience with workflow configuration and SaaS platform administration. Ability to translate operational needs into efficient system setups.
