Requirements:
5+ years of backend engineering experience 3+ years with PHP Strong expertise with PHP and the Laravel ecosystem Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) Solid experience with distributed storage systems (e.g., Redis) Understanding of secure coding principles Understanding of modern authentication/authorization approaches Experience with Docker Experience with Kubernetes Experience with other containerized environments Background working with high-load systems or platform-level services is a strong advantage English proficiency suitable for technical discussions
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance CORE platform components and internal backend services. Shape architectural decisions, contribute to system simplification and modernization. Build secure, reliable, high-performance backend solutions. Work closely with DevOps to improve CI/CD, observability, deployment workflows, and system reliability. Support and elevate security initiatives, including authentication/authorization approaches (RBAC/ABAC). Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and incident resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable new product capabilities built on top of the CORE platform.
