Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields; Master’s in engineering OR MBA/PGDM/Equivalent is preferred. 5-7 years of domain expertise in market access secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, and patient service analytics, or other related strategic analytics and management consulting. Strong Market Access business acumen with ability to understand and interpret information from multiple sources. Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and familiarity with Prescription, Medical and Pharmacy claims, Formulary datasets, Specialty pharmacy and Hub data, or Non-Retail sales data. 5 – 7 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, Python, R & Excel. Exposure to stored procedures, slide creation (decks) and familiarity with tools like Retool, Power BI and Power Query is a plus. Experience in product development, management, or operations. Product Owner Certifications is a plus. Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones.
