Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields; Master’s in engineering OR MBA/PGDM/Equivalent is preferred. 5-7 years of domain expertise in market access secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics and insights, and patient service analytics, or other related strategic analytics and management consulting. Strong Market Access business acumen with ability to understand and interpret information from multiple sources. Understand pharmaceutical ecosystem and familiarity with Prescription, Medical and Pharmacy claims, Formulary datasets, Specialty pharmacy and Hub data, or Non-Retail sales data. 5 – 7 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL, Python, R & Excel. Exposure to stored procedures, slide creation (decks) and familiarity with tools like Retool, Power BI and Power Query is a plus. Experience in product development, management, or operations. Product Owner Certifications is a plus. Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work with global teams across different time-zones.
Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate client business needs and issues. Execute and suggest improvements to operational procedures. Implement process improvements in operational workflows. Assist Product Owners to streamline idea to development processes. Enhance and maintain data products. Collaborate with stakeholders regarding business objectives. Support product management with development and execution. Partner with Product management to create/maintain roadmap documentation. Compare datasets to ensure data quality and derive insights. Apply quality checks and validations to product delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones. Assist engineering teams with knowledge transfer and testing. Facilitate knowledge transfer for product knowledge. Partner with stakeholders to understand client needs and write user stories. Build subject matter expertise in operational processes and data tools. Remain updated on tools, techniques, and working models. Develop functional understanding of product offering via technology stack. Work on multiple client tasks simultaneously. Keep track of unplanned internal and client tasks. Maximize time management skills to complete multiple deadlines. Coordinate meetings and prepare status updates. Conduct secondary research on marketplace conditions. Coordinate and co-lead design sessions. Investigate issues and recommend solutions.
