Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. 2-3 years of experience in psychotherapy. At least one year delivering telehealth services using appropriate remote tools. Knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. Possess a current and active, independent, LCSW license in the State of Washington.

Provide remote therapeutic services including crisis intervention, assessments, and counseling. Assess and diagnose patients for mental health/substance use disorders. Prepare individualized treatment plans. Conduct individual psychotherapy for adults. Coordinate service provision and consult with professional colleagues. Maintain patient records in the Electronic Medical Record.
