Requirements
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid experience in Paid Ads creative strategy and testing.
- Proven track record of improving ROAS and managing budgets at scale.
- Strong proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and major SEO tools (Semrush).
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and PPC best practices.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting refinement, and budget allocation.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, creative, and targeting.
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative team to brief ad messaging, visuals, and formats.
- Conduct on-page SEO improvements.
- Perform technical SEO audits.
- Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth through competitive analysis.
- Support link-building and outreach initiatives.
