Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Solid experience in Paid Ads creative strategy and testing.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and managing budgets at scale.
  • Strong proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and major SEO tools (Semrush).
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and PPC best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting refinement, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, creative, and targeting.
  • Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative team to brief ad messaging, visuals, and formats.
  • Conduct on-page SEO improvements.
  • Perform technical SEO audits.
  • Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth through competitive analysis.
  • Support link-building and outreach initiatives.
