Expert Quality Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software testing. Minimum of 3 years in healthcare domain projects. Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques. Expertise in C# coding and automation frameworks. Hands-on experience with API testing and automation. Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, ICD, CPT, HIPAA, and healthcare workflows. Experience working with SQL and data validation. Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases. Perform API testing and data validation using tools like Postman. Validate healthcare-specific workflows, including EHR/EMR systems, patient management, and HL7/FHIR interfaces. Ensure applications meet HIPAA, HL7, ICD-10, and other healthcare regulatory standards. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts. Conduct UI, functional, integration, system, and regression testing. Work in Agile/Scrum environments. Create and manage test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices. Log and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to process improvements.
