Principal UX Designer

12+ years of relevant product design experience. Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field. Professional portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence in handling complex, data-heavy interfaces. Expert-level knowledge of industry design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Extensive UX experience working in a B2B business with enterprise customers. Demonstrated ability to deliver UX and UI prototypes for validation and implementation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience with marketing, advertising, or eCommerce. Experience with game design, storyboarding, participatory design, motion/entertainment related design or other related methods.

Lead the design, prototyping, and evaluation of product usability and adoptability. Create storyboards, lead participatory design sessions, and align the executive team around a design vision. Interface directly with clients to understand needs and translate them into requirements and designs. Develop a strong UX/UI vision for the platform, advocating for excellent design. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs. Iteratively deliver and enhance products. Mentor other designers and create partnerships with brand and marketing teams.
