Front End Engineer | REMOTE (POLAND)

5+ years overall professional experience. Strong JavaScript experience (5+ years). Proficiency with Ruby on Rails or ability to demonstrate meaningful experience in server-rendered Rails applications. Hands-on experience with Turbo and Stimulus or similar server-driven UI patterns. Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/HAML/SASS/JS/Bootstrap). Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply refactoring principles. Confident using GitHub and participating in code review processes. Experience shipping substantial product features or large-scale development projects. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or similar. Ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and thrive in an agile methodology.

Implement the user interface of our platform and continually improve performance and usability. Build and refine interactive experiences using Ruby on Rails with Turbo and Stimulus. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to maintain and evolve our UI library and style guide. Contribute across the entire lifecycle of features, from discovery and design to deployment. Join daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and design discussions with our fully remote team. Provide perspective and guidance on design and architectural decisions. Work closely with product managers, quality engineers and software engineers across the world to deliver value in a fast-growing organisation.
