5+ years overall professional experience Strong JavaScript experience (5+ years) Proficiency with Ruby on Rails or ability to demonstrate meaningful experience in server-rendered Rails applications Hands-on experience with Turbo and Stimulus or similar server-driven UI patterns Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/HAML/SASS/JS/Bootstrap) Ability to write clean, maintainable code and apply refactoring principles Confident using GitHub and participating in code review processes Experience shipping substantial product features or large-scale development projects Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools

Implement the user interface of the platform Continually improve performance and usability Build and refine interactive experiences using Ruby on Rails with Turbo and Stimulus Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain and evolve UI library and style guide Contribute across the entire lifecycle of features Provide perspective and guidance on design and architectural decisions
