Software Engineer, Streaming Systems

Experience and comfort with distributed systems and high-scale systems. Ability and desire to build distributed systems and high-scale systems experience quickly. Experience with streaming systems like Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar, Warpstream (useful, not necessary). Experience with high RPS, low p99 latency systems (useful, not necessary).

Build high-throughput systems for collecting, forwarding, and performing real-time computation on behavioral events. Develop infrastructure for ingesting clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data. Ensure infrastructure scales to handle millions of messages per second at single-second latency. Own and deliver projects from start to finish. Work directly with customers to solve scaling problems. Influence the technical roadmap.
