Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in Dutch Provide information about vehicles, service appointments, warranties and mobility assistance Support customers with roadside assistance requests and coordinate with service partners Assist with account-related questions and escalate complex technical cases Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication Stay up to date with brand policies, new models and service offerings
