Software Engineer (Product)

7+ years of backend engineering experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS). Experience designing distributed systems and robust APIs at scale. Strong product and systems-thinking mindset. Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving startup environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership skills.

Design and develop scalable, secure backend services and APIs. Make key architectural decisions. Collaborate with product, design, and data teams. Own infrastructure, observability, monitoring, and system performance. Contribute to engineering best practices and backend culture. Partner with leadership on engineering strategy and product execution.
