Senior AI Consultant

Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments. Proficiency in rapid prototyping using modern AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, etc.). Proficiency with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). Strong programming skills in Python. Familiarity with vector databases, RAG implementations, and prompt engineering. Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals. Ability to select appropriate AI approaches for business problems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications. Experience managing ambiguous, fast-paced projects. Flexibility to coordinate with global teams across time zones.

Lead AI discovery sessions and technical assessments with clients. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for real-world applications. Provide technical leadership across multiple client engagements. Create detailed specifications for engineering teams. Guide internal AI product development. Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks. Mentor AI engineers and establish technical best practices. Contribute to the development of AI innovation frameworks. Author technical content such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts. Deliver presentations at conferences or webinars. Support business development efforts. Coordinate with distributed engineering teams.
