Full Stack Data Analyst

8+ years of experience in advanced data roles. Deep knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems. Expert-level proficiency in SQL. Hands-on experience with transformation pipelines using dbt or similar tools. Experience designing and maintaining production-grade data models in cloud environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift). Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Knowi. Strong ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven experience mentoring other analysts. Experience in Python or R for advanced modeling or machine learning is a plus. Familiarity with patient journey analytics, cohort analysis, and healthcare metrics is preferred. Prior startup or high-growth experience, especially in health-tech, is an advantage.
