Sr. Technical Project Manager - W2 Contract

5+ years of experience managing complex technology or business transformation projects. Proven expertise leading large-scale projects with multiple work streams. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies. Project Management certification required (PMP, CSM, or equivalent). Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools. Experience creating SOWs, workflows, and process maps. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and manage diverse personalities. Preferred: experience in freight or logistics industry projects.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation projects. Manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and success metrics. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
