Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VDI-focused projects.
- Expert-level proficiency in Citrix technologies: Virtual Apps & Desktops, WEM, Director, NetScaler Gateway, PVS/MCS, StoreFront.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, VMware, and supporting virtualization infrastructure.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across Citrix, VDI, networking, storage, and virtualization environments.
- Proven track record of leading complex enterprise implementations and migrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and executive audiences.
- Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell), ITIL frameworks, and hybrid cloud architectures is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and VDI architectures.
- Develop high-level and low-level designs, implementation plans, migration strategies, and test plans.
- Execute complex deployments, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix solutions.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for Citrix and VDI-related issues.
- Collaborate with customer leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deliver workshops, design sessions, and knowledge transfer for clients and internal teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development, process improvement, and operational standards.
