Professional services delivery Engineer IV - (Citrix + VMWare)

10+ years of experience delivering enterprise Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VDI-focused projects. Expert-level proficiency in Citrix technologies: Virtual Apps & Desktops, WEM, Director, NetScaler Gateway, PVS/MCS, StoreFront. Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory/GPO, VMware, and supporting virtualization infrastructure. Advanced troubleshooting skills across Citrix, VDI, networking, storage, and virtualization environments. Proven track record of leading complex enterprise implementations and migrations. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and executive audiences. Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell), ITIL frameworks, and hybrid cloud architectures is advantageous.

Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and resilient Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and VDI architectures. Develop high-level and low-level designs, implementation plans, migration strategies, and test plans. Execute complex deployments, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix solutions. Serve as the senior escalation point for Citrix and VDI-related issues. Collaborate with customer leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Deliver workshops, design sessions, and knowledge transfer for clients and internal teams. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development, process improvement, and operational standards.
