Analytics Engineer

4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar roles Advanced SQL skills Hands-on experience working with Shopify data Strong experience with Databricks or similar platforms Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse best practices Experience working with e-commerce data models and operational datasets Ability to communicate clearly, work autonomously, and make pragmatic technical decisions Familiarity with modern data workflows, documentation, and testing practices

Design and maintain high-quality data models Model Shopify data including customers, orders, products, and transactional objects Build and optimize SQL transformations Work with Databricks to structure, orchestrate, and document scalable data pipelines Ensure continuity and data quality when source systems evolve or schemas change Collaborate with analysts and engineers Improve performance, documentation, and test coverage Support dashboards and reporting tools
