Senior Platform Developer

Bachelors in related field preferred 15+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform development Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes (RKE2 preferred) Hands-on expertise in Helm chart development Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline creation in GitLab Hands-on expertise in Puppet module and Hiera development Hands-on expertise in Bash and Python scripting Hands-on expertise in Ansible (for supplemental configuration) Strong understanding of RHEL Linux environments Ability to write clean, modular code intended for handoff

Design, develop, and maintain Puppet modules for secure system configurations. Create and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based deployments. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Develop automation scripts using Bash and Python. Partner with platform and integration engineers for seamless handoffs. Contribute to reusable infrastructure code libraries. Ensure code aligns with DoD security and STIG compliance standards. Participate in on-site meetings and integration efforts as needed.
