2-3+ years of end-to-end NetSuite Planning and Budgeting implementation for mid-market and enterprise organizations 5+ full-life cycle implementations ideally led Demonstrated background in consulting or industry in financial planning and analysis or accounting Proficiency in financial management, financial planning and analysis, and sales and operations planning Strong interpersonal, written communication, presentation, conflict resolution, and organizational change management skills Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills Ability to manage client and team interactions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences Extensive familiarity with data migration plans and procedures, and application integrations to FP&A systems Mastery of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Eagerness to mentor junior consulting resources Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual/remote environment Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems

Serve as lead consultant on end-to-end NetSuite Planning & Budgeting implementations Provide business process and systems architecture advisory Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices Configure systems, draft requirements and design documents Collaborate with technical counterparts on custom solutions Manage scope and requirements within budget Lead configuration, UAT, SIT, and EUT activities Define and lead data migration activities Provide post-go-live support Participate in full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects Translate business requirements into technical designs Perform fit/gap analysis Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams Participate in project management activities Support client attraction and project scoping Contribute to internal company initiatives Develop NetSuite product skills
