Engineering Manager - Ingestion & Application

4+ years managing a Product engineering team at a high-growth, ventured-backed SaaS company. Experience with owning all aspects of people management for cross disciplinary teams. Experience with growing teams and partnering closely with a recruiting team. Experience partnering with Product Managers and Designers. Experience owning user-facing product features. Experience contributing to strategic direction, roadmaps, and processes. Experience with AWS and technologies such as Serverless, Golang, React, TypeScript and GraphQL.

Growing and evolving the team through individual mentorship, hiring, and technical expertise. Partnering closely with product managers, designers, engineers, support engineers and account managers across the company to define your team’s vision and roadmap. Leading and participating in critical technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across the organization and company. Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Panther’s engineering management team. Ensuring engineering deliverables are delivered on time, to specification, with an emphasis on quality.
