4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth/Product Marketing. Proven success improving activation, retention, and revenue (Pirate Metrics Framework - AARRR). Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar. Experience with subscription and product-led growth (PLG) models. Familiarity with churn management and retention platforms (e.g., Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, ProsperStack). Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and attribution tools. Experience integrating AI/ML-driven personalization or churn prediction models is a strong plus. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
