Senior Backend Engineer (Python)

4+ years Python backend experience Strong FastAPI experience Solid PostgreSQL + S3 (or equivalents) Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka) Production experience integrating with micro services: long-running jobs, retries, failure handling Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting) Experience in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML) Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes

Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI) Implement async job execution and status tracking (Redis/Celery/Kafka) Integrate with LLM and image generation services (internal & external) Store, version, and serve creative assets efficiently Develop APIs for Creative Dashboard and internal AI agents Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference
