Run the company operating cadence (OKRs, QBRs, MBRs), dashboards, variance management and reporting. Build and own the RevOps stack (CRM → Marketing Ops → Success/Support → Billing & Collections) and ensure forecast accuracy. Implement fit-for-purpose ITIL 4-lite practices (Incident, Change, Problem management, SLAs) and institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics. Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk/commercial strategy. Ensure every new funnel, program or product integrates cleanly into our architecture and build a high-performing operations org.
