BA/BS degree (or regional equivalent) in a quantitative or STEM discipline. Analytical experience using a data-driven approach to solve problems and create customer insight. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in English. Experience navigating complex cross-functional landscapes in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. Hands-on experience with Windows including an understanding of Windows network administration, Windows filesystems, and computer architecture. Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications including automation and scripting through Microsoft Excel functions and macros. A continuous eagerness to learn with a strong independent drive for researching and synthesizing complex concepts.
