Senior Staff Software Engineer

8+ years of development experience in backend or full-stack software development, including IC Leadership experience Expertise in trade-off analysis for distributed architectures Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Kotlin and C#) Familiarity with the clean architecture approach Experience with various data storage, including relational and document databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Drive the design & implementation of new features and/or re-architect existing systems Design & deliver robust microservice integrations via REST/gRPC APIs Collaborate and mentor other senior engineers Contribute to defining technical direction, planning the roadmap Estimate and manage team project timelines and risks Participate in hiring and onboarding for new team members Lead cross-team engineering initiatives
